We recommend you store the products according to the norms noted on the label.

Why are there texture and color differences between bathces?

Plush BIO products are formulated with natural actives, emulsifiers and emollient. Pharmacologically, these have miraculous advantages for the complexion, but can influence dynamic texture and product color.

More than that, to maintain superior quality, pharm. Ioana Marinescu prepares products in small batches, keeping them fresh.

For example, due to the season they are harvested in and to how processed it is by the producer, coconut oil can have different textures and smells from batch to batch.

Another example are soy phytoestrogens, an extremely precious extract, which presents different textures and nuances from harvest to harvest and thus, differences can pop up between batches.

How long is Phase 1 of the Plush BIO Kit?

Phase l ( Plush BIO Kit phase l) takes approximately 3 weeks. This is continued or is restarted if after the first 3 weeks there are no improvements for the look of the complexion.

How long is Phase 2 of the Plush BIO Kit?

Your complexion is different and at the same time it evolves and reacts differently. We recommend to follow Phase II schema (Plush BIO Kit phase II) until you complexion is cleansed and no more active pustules exist on its surface.

How expensive is shipping?

Shipping is made via courier.

Internal shipping is made through GLS and costs between 17-20 RON, depending on delivery area.

International shipping is made through DHL and costs around 120 RON, depending on delivery area.

*For international shipping, it is possible for the customs tax to be separate depending on the delivery country.

Have Plush BIO products been tested on animals?

For animal lovers, Plush BIO does not believe in animal testing, does not accept them for any of the products in its catalogue and is opposed to them.

For your safety though, products are dermatologically tested in such a way you would have a comfortable and trustworthy experience.

I started using the products. How long will the results be visible?

Every complexion is different. Therefore, the result of using Plush BIO products may differ. As long as your routine is constantly applied, the results can appear in a few weeks.

Products have been damaged during transport. How do I get a replacement?

If products have been damaged during transport, we will happily replace them. To register for a return, please take photos of them, and then call 0219928 – schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00) – to offer us additional details.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally with DHL.

We ship in 44 countries, anywhere in the European Union, but also outside it, in Switzerland, the Republic of Moldova, Qatar, USA etc.

Shipping cost starts at 120 RON and payment is made up front (for both products and shipping).

How long does shipping take?

The products (both for international and internal orders) are delivered in 2-3 business days.

This delivery time can be influenced by the currier firm’s schedule, legal holydays or the stock of the products in the lab.

How to make the payment for the order?

For orders of which the delivery address falls on the territory of Romania, the payment is made online or on delivery

For international orders, the payment for both products and shipping is made before delivery.

You can pay online through Mobil Pay, accessing or from the My Account section from the Plush App.

Can I apply make-up during the routine with Plush BIO products?

Plush BIO does not recommend you use make-up products during the routines phases I, II or III ( Plush BIO Kit phase I, II or III), as the majority of them contain silicones which can negatively influence the improvement of the skin’s look.

We consider that the choice of a make-up base is a personal matter, as every one of you can opt for certain characteristics and qualities of the product. We conceived the Camouflage make-up base, in 3 nuances – Light, Medium, Dark – a non-comedogenic base, which does not block pores and sustains the healing process due to its natural actives.

The choice of a base is not limited to this product as there is also a personal and emotional option that could influence different factors, such as coverage level and brightness.

Also, Plush BIO does not suggest the use of primer products during the anti-acne routines. The Triple Hyal 23H Cream, a versatile formula, can be used as a make-up base for complexions with imperfections.
